Teach Me How to Heal: NY Edition is a transformative wellness conference centered on healing, empowerment, and mental health awareness—especially for young adults. With rising levels of anxiety, stress, and emotional fatigue impacting today’s generation, this conference creates intentional space for education, restoration, and culturally responsive care. Attendees will engage in trauma-informed discussions, recovery rooms, and holistic healing experiences designed to support mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
We are honored to collaborate with host Ask Schellie Consulting (@askschellie), Sankofa Works, Inc., and LevelUp Coaching & Consulting LLC (@thead_levelup_experience) to advance community wellness and access to healing resources.
